Cancellation Policy

I understand that plans can change, so I strive to accommodate my clients as best as possible. I allow clients to modify or cancel their appointments up until 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time without penalty. Please note that if you cancel your appointment after the 24-hour deadline or are a ‘no-show’ for your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $100.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will also be considered a ‘no-show’, taking slots from other clients wanting a service.
